Mr. Patnam Amruth Goud, grandson of Late Mr. Patnam Swamy Goud, is a builder of repute. His Construction and Real Estate Group, AMSRI, is one of the leading companies in the real estate and construction industry, with foot print in Hyderabad and Bangalore.  The Group has carved a niche for itself by delighting its stakeholders for the last 12 years. It is known for executing projects that are completed on time, within cost and are of outstanding quality.  

Born (in 1966, Hyderabad) into a family of business people, Mr Amruth Goud is a qualified Civil Engineer. Since business ran in the family, it did not take Mr Goud to turn his attention to business immediately after his graduation. He began by executing contracts for TATA Projects and Kudremukh (Iron Ore Co.) apart from a string of other such projects.

Mr Goud started AMSRI in 1995. Since its inception, the Group has blazed a trail of growth delighting all its stakeholders. Amsri Builders, a company of the ASMRI Group, executed 16 residential, commercial and retail projects in  some of the prime locations in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.  The company’s ongoing projects are : Amsri White Pearl in Whitefield, (415 Apartments, 7.6 lakh sq.ft of built up area) Bangalore; Amsri Faust (135,000 sq.ft of Commercial & Retail space) on Sarojinidevi Road, Secunderabad; Amsri Orchid in Bachupally (Residential Apartments, 150,000 sq.ft); and Amsri Avenue, Old Lancer Lines, Secunderabad (Residential Apartments, 46,000 sq.ft).

Business alone does not inspire Mr Amruth Goud. He takes keen interest in the developments around him. Mr.Amruth Goud is widely travelled. He is blessed with two beautiful children, Patnam Aishwarya Priya and Patnam Chiru Harsha.
